User persona & Jobs to be done
I defined the users personas. There were 2 main types: Borja who is an entrepreneur and needs to gain knowledge for his own business, and Marie who is a recent graduated from design school. Borja is a digital nomad, would be grateful for taking the online course. On the other hand, Marie, as she is willing to be more confident on her sketches, she prefers to have face-to-face classes. After that, I worked on the Jobs to be done.
